These rules will be strictly enforced so please respect the rules for the protection of all concerned.

You must be age 21 to post anything here. NO MINORS ARE ALLOWED. Even though such is allowed by law in certain places around the world, I myself being the Founder and Administrator do not allow minors in this forum to make sure there are no legal concerns involving or connecting to minors at this forum and to protect others from possible predators of the kind etc. My rules and laws herein this forum take precedence over the State Laws or Federal Laws or outside U.S.A., or the Foreign Country Laws that allow such and it is my choice since I own this forum and site outright and to also protect my webhost. I hope you understand this legally.

You must agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law irrespective of where you are located. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You must also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you OR you have the consent from the owner of the copyrighted material in writing. All Spam, flooding, illegal advertisements/advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate and persona non grata to this forum.

In regards to Advertisements if one wishes to advertise their site on this forum you must contact me directly and I will only allow a fully paid legally approved advertisement to this forum.  This means to say, you will pay me for this advertisement of yours to appear on my forum.  It will not be free and such will be checked out thoroughly.  I will discuss the terms with you direct and the details therein.

I, the Founder/Administrator at this forum also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or any information I have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you if such it turns out to be false or misleading.

Keep in mind that I will also protect your identity if you post accurate information pertaining to the materials or information herein this site or any other sites you so post provided it is true information. Just so you understand me being the Founder/Administrator here.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. I do advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account that you already had or you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.  You also understand that the Titles given to the STAFF is reserved titles and you as a full member agree to never use such unless so approved by the Founder/Administrator.

After you register and log into this forum, you can fill out a detailed profile. I suggest you do so as it is important for your sake. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or find out you falsified such information or vulgar will be removed and you will be banned permanently.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum and or your ISP will be contacted to keep you out permanently and my webhost will do so likewise. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

You are solely responsible for any and all attachments that you post to this forum. You may not post files to this forum which contain copyrighted material that you do not have permission from the author to post. You can post such if you have made diligent effort to contact the original author and such cannot be found, however under limitations as it will be your responsibility and not mine.  So make sure you can obtain the copyright permissions in writing to protect yourself and if such complaint reaches to me from the true owner of the copyright I will remove it instantly and suspend your priviledges for a period of time as my first warning.

You must also agree to the entire Terms of Service and the conduct and content.

This Forum also will not allow ANYONE POSTING THEIR PRIVATE E-MAIL PUBLICLY FOR THE SIMPLE MERE FACT TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY. If you do, I will remove it and GIVE YOU A WARNING. If you continue and persist on this or any of the other violations see the warning protocol below.

YOU MAY POST YOUR OWN E-MAIL using the private messages herein provided to you to other members and this is OK and it is your responsiblilty and not the forums responsibility and you understand the risks involved such as a virus or spam or other messages that can be deemed inappropriate being sent to you outside this forum itself. Understand this well. I will not be personally responsible or to be held liable legally for this action as it is YOU to decide otherwise to give it or not.

Also you shall not do any flaming to other members using PM's and shall not do any kind of illegal activity behind closed doors using my site as your disguise to further such activity.  If I as the Founder/Administrator find out of illegal activity, involving inside the PM's I will take immediate action and use whatever is legally applicable to stop it.  So be hereby forewarned that  I do have the ability to see inside your PM's but I will not do so or violate any law respecting your privacy unless it is so serious enough and such requires me the legal means to intercede and or investigate it and such will allow me to take a look inside it.

Any spamming or anyone interferring with this forums data or hacking or cracking I will track you down and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law and see to it that your put in prison.  The reason is you put many of us in danger and put lives in jeopardy and it is not right for such people to do this to a life saving forum.

As of the warning Protocol it is as follows:

First one>>>Verbal Private Warning Message From Me.
Second One>>>> You will be suspended for 3 days - 72 hours to collect yourself and respect the rules.
Third one>>> You will be suspended for 14 days which is your very last warning.
Fourth Violation >>>> You will be suspended max 30 days and for you to come back you have to personally write to me via E-mail and EXPLAIN YOURSELF OF YOUR ACTIONS, and I will make the final decision to either make this a permanent ban or not.

When the 30 day max suspension is up you have 14 days to write to me and tell me what you decide. If I decide to ban you permanently there is no appeal as I will not tolerate such abuse of the priviledges I gave to you in my forum.

LAST - If I not hear from you after the 14 days has elapsed, the ban is automatic and permanent with only two exceptions to grant you more time. If not reasonable the ban is permanent.  Exceptions are a death in the family or you truly were hospitalized.

If you wish to post links to the message board on your posts make sure it relates specifically to the topic in question and not to anything else. When I see it I will also check it out, and if inappropriate I will move/remove it and issue you a notice/reprimand to be more careful. If it pertains to the topic I will leave it there and leave it alone.

You will not take the information herein pertaining to the Serum X for the sole purposes to make profits for yourself for whatever reason.  The Serum X is copyrighted and patented and if you wish to make and obtain the Serum X you shall first notify us ASAP within practical reason.  There are certain steps involved and laws to comply regarding this and we wish to protect you and not impede in your quest to make it.  We do want you to participate to make such but you need to tell us so you can be under our umbrella.  After we are notified we will give you a questionaire to fill out.  Upon receiving such questionaire then we will discuss the details with you directly.  You must agree to our terms pertaining to the Serum X production and if you do not agree we will not allow you to make it and you will not be under our umbrella legally.  If we find out you made the Serum X without our expressed implied written permission, you will have violated the Law, and violated this agreement and its copyrights and patents, and you can and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Laws that are applied if the FEDS catch you.  There is more to it than meets the eye here regarding the Serum X, so please try to understand us.   We understand the costs involved in making the serum and do understand you are entitled to be re-imbursed for your serum making expense.  This we shall do.  The cost of the expenses is only involving the actual making of the serum which is 1 hour plus the VETS time involved.  Any prescreening tests of the donor dog is your sole expense and your own responsibility.  The Serum itself so made it must be at a reasonable price as we know what the genuine cost is for making serum only. Further details of this agreement is available if one wants to make the Serum X.  Please contact the Founder/Administrator or Co-Administrator Staff member as we can then assist you promptly.

The whole purpose of this Forum is to expand our knowledge to the various Diseases that Dogs get and how dangerous the Diseases and plants are overall and to assist you in getting your animal treated and cured in a timely manner as quickly as possible in providing you the links, the names and where to go location wise to VETS willing to follow the proper medical protocol and procedure without deviating it to suit their tastes etc., and to save dogs and puppies that are otherwise destined to die in the hands of VETS who otherwise do not know about this cure and treatment against Distemper.

This cure is authenticated and pure medical Science and genuine as we have over 700 confirm case cures both the body and in the CNS.  We do certify that this is true and correct and stand behind it.
